Vinny Lally

Vinny has had a diverse and accomplished career at Raymond James since joining in 2014. His prior roles have spanned from the compliance department, where he served as a branch examiner and compliance advisor, to the Succession & Acquisition Consulting Group, where he assisted advisors in creating succession plans and executing strategic acquisitions.

In his current role as Assistant Division Director, Vinny's responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the development and implementation of practice management strategies within the region.
• Managing practices efficiently and effectively.
• Recruiting.
• Relationship management.
• Asset growth.

Vinny holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Yale University, where he was a member of the varsity baseball team. He holds the Series 7, 66, 24, and 9/10 licenses as well as the Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) designation.
